"Good holster, but maybe I should’ve double-checked the fit"
The holster did work with my Glock, so no complaints there, but my light setup didn’t line up quite the way I expected. Maybe I missed something or just assumed it would fit better than it did. The customer info was helpful, but I still wish the compatibility details were a little clearer before ordering.

"Feels secure and does the job"
The trigger is covered well and it gives me a safe feeling overall. I wasn’t expecting much, just wanted something simple that worked, and yeah, this does what I needed. Kind of one of those things you put on and then don’t think about much, which is probably a good sign.

"Good at first, but the edges wore down"
It worked fine overall, but I started noticing a pattern quickly: the edges were the first thing to show wear. At first I thought it was just from one rough use, but after a few times, the same spots kept wearing down faster than I expected. Still usable, just not as durable around the edges as I hoped

"Good once it’s set up..."
Got my order from trex-arms.com and it does work, but the adjustability was a little frustrating. It took me way longer than expected to get everything sitting right, and the setup instructions felt minimal... not super helpful. Once it’s dialed in, it seems fine, but I really thought it would be easier to get going right out of the box

In my experience, setting up my holster was really straightforward. I was able to pick the colors and attachments I wanted without any hassle, and the whole thing probably took me about 5 minutes.

"Good Stock Overall"
I’ve browsed trex-arms a few different times, most of the things I was looking for were actually in stock, which was nice to see. There were a couple items that were sold out or only had limited options, so it wasn’t totally perfect. But overall, it was easy to tell what was available, if that makes sense. I’d definitely shop there again. Solid 4 stars for inventory.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I was mainly hoping for clear updates and no confusion with the delivery, and that’s pretty much what I got. Support replied when I reached out, and the tracking worked fine the whole time. Nothing over the top, but it met my expectations.

"Really solid training videos"
I was in the mood to actually learn something useful instead of just scrolling around, so I spent some time on trex-arms.com for the training content. it’s been really helpful. The videos are clear, they don’t drag on forever, and I like that they explain the reasoning behind what they’re doing instead of just running through drills. It feels like practical stuff I can take to the range and actually work on. Easy 5 stars from me

The box arrived in good shape and everything inside was totally fine, so I don’t really have any complaints about damage or anything like that. It did its job, basically. I just thought the packaging itself looked a little plain and not quite as nice as I was expecting. It wasn’t bad or messy, just kind of basic, so it didn’t really give that nicer first impression when I opened it.

The holster arrived in good shape and overall the fit is solid. My pistol clicks in like it should, but the retention was tighter than I expected, even after adjusting it a bit. It’s not a bad holster by any means, it just took more tweaking than I thought it would and still doesn’t feel quite perfect for me.

"Surprisingly painless exchange"
I ordered the wrong size, which was totally my fault, and braced myself for the usual back-and-forth hassle. But shockingly, the exchange process was actually simple. Support replied faster than I expected, and the replacement showed up without turning into a whole dramatic saga. So yeah, I’d buy from them again.

"Solid experience overall"
I’d heard T.REX Arms mentioned a bunch and they seem to have a solid reputation, so that was mostly why I ended up ordering from them. The site was easy enough to use, at least from what I needed, and nothing really gave me a bad feeling. I do think some of the prices are a little higher than I expected, but I guess that comes with the brand a bit. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and would probably buy from them again. 4 stars.

It took longer than I was hoping, but it’s not like the item was damaged or anything. Shipping delays happen, so I’m not going to make a huge deal out of it. It arrived fine in the end.
